Ever think you finally got it together and out of nowhere you just lose it ? Its amazing what we can find in our heart when the pressure is turned up. There's a story in the bible about a fellow that probably hadn't known he was going to take another's life until the pressure was on. Exodus 2:11......and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren. Moses had been living pretty good in the palace except for one thing. He was probably feeling guilty for having it so good, while his people were in hard slavery. One day he walked upon one of his people getting whipped and the guilt and anger took over. Before he knew it he had killed the guy beating the Hebrew. I doubt he had thought that was in his heart until the pressure got to much. We can find things we wouldn't believe in our own hearts as well , given enough pressure. A quick snap at a child or close friend can be very regretful later .If enough pressure is applied we can even charge God foolishly. Thank God for his mercy and understanding. He is probably the one who sends the pressure most of the time so we can get things fixed. Ephesians 2:4..But God, who is rich in mercy..... I found in these times its best to get alone and meditate. Even when it hurts to much to pray. God is working on our situation to heal our situation. God bless you richly in his mercy!!
